FAQ

We need the mornings to clean the rooms and to make the beds. As of 14h00 you can move into your room or apartment. On day of departure we ask you to please vacate the rooms by 10h00.

Our check-in time is until 19h00. If you arrive later not to worry: Just let us know that you are arriving late and we will send you all the necessary information on how to get into your room or apartment by email.

Should you check out earlier than the booked date the full amount will be charged.

You do not need to bring your own towels, these are provided free of charge.

Of course!! We want all of our guests to feel comfortable all round and this includes the meals. Let us know beforehand and we will consider this when preparing your breakfast.

You can happily pay with EC-or credit card. Cash of course, is always possible.

Sorry no! No pets allowed.

Yes. A MPREIS supermarket is situated directly opposite Schönherr Haus. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are many restaurants in the village centre which is in walking distance.

Only a short way. Even closer (only a 1 minutes walk away) is the bus stop for all hikers and skiers.

That is of course possible. We have our own in-house rental shop. Here you can hire skis, ski shoes and poles and you even receive a 10% discount.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building.
